The North End Players are looking for two men and one woman for our spring production. The characters are:
Richard Collins, 30-ish. Runs a newspaper in a small town. Has an air of sophistication, but belongs to the easy-going country life.
Jessica Selby, mid 20's. Richard's fiancee, an attractive young woman with a keen sense of humor.
Frederick "Rugged" Ruggles, middle-aged. Hides his warm heart with his gruffness.
Auditions will be held at 7 PM on March 18 and 19 at our theater, in the basement of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 7600 N Hereford (10 blocks north of the University of Portland, near the intersection of Portsmouth and Lombard). For more information, contact director Tim Luke at 360-696-2354.
Performance dates are May 9, 10, 16, and 17 at 8 PM, with 2 PM matinees on May 11 and 19. No pay, unless you count the free dessert we give you after every performance, and the opportunity to work with a great group of people.
