The North End Players are holding auditions at 7 PM on Tuesday, July 17 for one young woman to play three small roles in our production of Woody Allen's "Play It Again, Sam". The North End Players are based at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in the Portsmouth neighborhood, about 10 blocks north of the University of Portland. 7600 N Hereford---I-5 north to the Lombard West exit, west on Lombard about two-and-a-half miles. Turn right at the yellow fire station light across from The Twilight Room, two blocks east of Portsmouth Ave. Production dates are Friday and Saturday October 19, 20, 26, and 27 (8 PM curtain) and Sunday October 21 and 28 (2 PM curtain). Rehearsals will begin after Labor Day and normally begin at 7 PM Monday through Thursday.
The North End Players were founded in 1969, and we believe we are the second-oldest theater company in Portland. As a community theater we cannot offer any payment for your services, other than the opportunity to work with a great group of performers and dessert after each performance.
